CW Seed, WIGS Lead Winners at 2014 IAWTV Awards

The IAWTV Awards may not have the stature of the People’s Choice Awards (which also take place this week), and may not feature big names like Robert Downey Jr. or Scarlett Johannson (neither of whom, as far as I can tell, have been involved in a web series), but that doesn’t change the fact that the annual event serves as a good benchmark for quality online video.

And to be fair, those who won tonight at the third IAWTV Awards aren’t exactly nobodies. And who’s to say that they won’t be household names one day.

It’s an important thing to keep in mind as the online video industry as a whole continues to improve its standing in the entertainment ecosystem.

With that in mind, here are all of the winners (in bold red) for the 2014 IAWTV Awards. The biggest winners? CW Seed’s original comedy, “Husbands,” which took home four prizes, and WIGS, which walked away with three awards:
