AwesomenessTV to Release New Cameron Dallas Movie in December

Cameron Dallas Expelled

AwesomenessTV will premiere “Expelled,” a new feature film starring Viner Cameron Dallas, in December.

The film will receive a multi-platform release, including a limited theatrical run in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago starting December 12. Beginning December 16, it will also be available for purchase via, as well as a variety of digital on-demand platforms including iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Target Ticket, and Walmart. On December 30, it will be available via Vimeo On Demand.

In the film, written, directed, and produced by Alex Goyette, Dallas plays a legendary prankster who finally goes too far and is expelled from school. Undaunted, he devises a plan with his brother, best friend, new friend, and classmate to convince his parents that he’s a stellar student.

Alongside Dallas, “Expelled” will star numerous YouTube and Vine creators including Andrea Russett, Lia Marie Johnson, Marcus Johns, Michelle Glavan, and Teala Dunn. “True Jackson, VP” actor Matt Shively also stars.

The film is produced by AwesomenessTV founder Brian Robbins and Shauna Phelan (“The Smosh Movie”). Executive producers include Brett Bouttier (“The Smosh Movie”), Joe Davola (“Smallville”), Scott Levine, and Steven Spiegel and Alan Spiegel from 26MGMT.

Earlier this year, AwesomenessTV signed Dallas and fellow Vine star Nash Grier to a deal that included the production of feature-length films.

Dallas has 6.1 million followers on Vine; Grier has 10 million followers.

“Expelled” is rated PG-13. Here’s the trailer:
