Big Frame Opens Cross-Promotion Tool Viewfinder to the Public
Signing into Viewfinder let creators show other videos “love” via comments, likes, and shares. Afterwards, the creators who promoted videos accumulated points that could be used towards prizes like promotional support for “special videos” and paid ad campaigns.
Previously only available to Big Frame creators, Viewfinder is now open to the public. To start, Big Frame is opening up a Viewfinder specifically for its beauty and fashion network Polished. Creators need not be a Big Frame partner to join, as the network writes: “Viewfinder has no impact on your YouTube partnership and will not affect your AdSense. It’s free and requires no commitment, so you can stick with your current network and participate in Polished Viewfinder as well.”
Signing up does not mean that creators will receive a spot on the Polished network. However, Big Frame explains that being part of Viewfinder would not hurt creators interested in joining Polished one day.
The platform does not require a minimum number of subs to join. According to Big Frame, “We’re looking for channels that produce quality content and have demonstrated some initial growth.” To join, creators must submit a YouTube link and email address at the official Polished Viewfinder page.Tags: Big Frame, Polished, Sarah Penna, Viewfinder, youtube
