What Would Buddha Do? Answers on New Ulive Series
Magnet Media Originals and ulive announced today the launch of their new series, “Dear Buddha.” Owned and operated by Scripps Networks Interactive, ulive will host the Magnet Media produced show on its Lifestyle Network.
Hosted by comedian Carey Reilly, the show follows her through alternative therapy practices from sound healing to equine therapy. An active participant in each healing method, Reilly quips about every practice, showcasing a busy, 21st century mom’s point of view on spirituality while ultimately learning lessons in embracing holistic calm to tackle daily stressors.
Reilly comes to the new ulive series from hosting “How Are You So Sexy?” on YouTube and her AOL celebrity interviews. As for television, she regularly contributes to NBC’s “Today.” Her background should allow viewers to enter the world of alternative healing through an entertaining and somewhat cynical vantage point, making it easier to approach for the average American.
The first four, approximately 7-minute episodes of “Dear Buddha” are now up online at ulive.Tags: carey reilly, Dear Buddha, lifestyle, magnet media originals, Scripps Networks Interactive, ulive, web series
