ChannelFlip’s Two, New Divisions Target Creators Outside MCN
ChannelFlip is coming out with two, new divisions, according to a September 18 announcement by the MCN, both aiming to provide assistance to creators who aren’t in the network.
The two sects are called FlipSide and FlipHub. While FlipSide will work towards getting business from outside of YouTube to creators, FlipHub will offer them branded content opportunities.
So far, the former division only includes talent from ChannelFlip, namely Stuart Ashten, Dan Howell, Emma Pickles, and Phil Lester, according to Streamdaily. However, FlipHub explicitly aims to offer brand partnerships to creators not belonging to ChannelFlip.
Fleur Brooklin Smith and Mike Cook, the promoter of “Simon’s Cat,” will manage FlipSide.
