Fullscreen Expands Global Footprint via Partnership with Indian MCN Qyuki

Indian YouTube multi-channel network Qyuki has partnered with Fullscreen to provide creators in the country with more distribution and monetization opportunities.

Founded by Shekhar Kapur, Samir Bangara, and legendary Indian composer AR Rahman, Qyuki focuses on creating and distributing videos for Indian youth. With the exclusive Fullscreen partnership, creators in this new Qyuki-Fullscreen network will be able to take advantage of the services offered by both networks.

This includes Fullscreen’s “Creator Platform,” which offers an array of tools to help talent measure, optimize, and monetize their channels, as well as Qyuki’s own studios in Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Dharavi.

“The internet is about collaboration…we believe we have found a great partner in Fullscreen, which will enable us to not only grow the Indian market rapidly, but also present Indian talent at a global scale,” said Bangara, co-founder and managing director of Qyuki, in a statement.

Qyuki’s MCN currently includes channels from Rahman and musicians Salim-Sulaiman, as well as native YouTubers like Gaurav Dagaonkar, Shraddha Sharma, and Siddharth Slathia. Miss Malini, described as one of India’s largest Bollywood and fashion bloggers, recently joined the network, helping scale Qyuki’s Bollywood and fashion verticals.

In addition to talent representation, Qyuki also produces original content. It co-owns formats like the “Boss Dialogues” and “Eff ’n Bedi” along with Pooja Bedi.

With music being a prime focus, the Indian MCN also boasts an exclusive partnership with Universal Music India.
