Fullscreen Unlocks Access to Third-Party Apps Within Creator Platform

Fullscreen is launching a new service today that connects its creators to third-party apps designed to improve things like video quality as well as increase revenue opportunities.

Called Sign In with Fullscreen, the service is available as an option within the Fullscreen Creator Platform. It’s launching with an array of third-party apps and services, which are as follows:

Spreadshirt: An e-commerce platform that enables creators to design and sell custom merchandise for their fans.

Videopixie: A marketplace where creators can hire leading editors, animators, and other video professionals to boost their production quality.

TubeStart: A crowdfunding platform designed specifically for video creators, connecting them directly with fans to bring creative ideas to life.

Captions for YouTube: A quick and easy way for creators to add closed captions to their videos for improved searchability and reach.

Jingle Punks: A searchable library of more than 180,000 licensed audio tracks that creators can use in their videos without attribution.

AudioMicro: An archive of more than 350,000 high quality, royalty-free music tracks and sound effects from award-winning artists.

Stageit: A live-streaming venue where creators can perform interactive and monetized shows for their fans.

Fullscreen says it has also arranged several exclusive “VIP benefits” for its network to use these apps, spanning everything from discounts to credits and other premium services. The company did not elaborate further on the specifics of the benefits its creators have access to.

Though one clear benefit is through the Jingle Punks and AudioMicro apps. Fullscreen, which has had its share of issues with the music industry when it comes to creators using copyrighted music, is now opening up access to more than 530,000 audio/music tracks that its creators are legally able to use.

The overall goal here is to offer creators multiple different paths to higher-quality content and increased revenue. “Since day one, our mission has been to empower the next generation of video creators on a global scale,” said George Strompolos, founder and CEO of Fullscreen, in a statement. “With the launch of Sign In with Fullscreen, we can seamlessly integrate into the Fullscreen Creator Platform a wide range of third-party partners who compliment our mission.”

Fullscreen says it plans to bring additional features to Sign In with Fullscreen, including new partnerships with other third-party apps and developers who are interested in working with its massive network, which currently spans more than 200 million subscribers on the world’s biggest video site.
