Jukin Media Signs with WME
This comes after Jukin recently raised $1.2 million in a funding round that the company said would help them invest in original content for the web and TV.
Signing with WME follows-up on those plans. “I think [WME will] bring amazing opportunities to us and connect us with other talented companies that will support us on our original content initiatives,” said Jonathan Skogmo, Jukin’s founder and CEO, in a statement to THR.
Jukin’s comScore-ranked network on YouTube includes the the popular FailArmy channel, which has more than 5.8 million subscribers. The company is also working to expand the channel to TV by teaming up with Dick Clark Productions on a fail-focused show.Tags: Dick Clark Productions, failarmy, funding round, Jukin Media, Machinima, mandalay enteratinment, william morris endeavors, WME
