Twitch to livestream an e-sports Game-a-thon at Coca-Cola’s headquarters

Professional gamers rejoice. E-sports is getting a nice endorsement from one of the world’s biggest brands, Coca-Cola. The folks at Coke are hosting the e-sports Game-a-thon 1.0 at the soda giant’s headquarters in Atlanta, and Amazon’s Twitch division will livestream the gameplay of a handful of pro gamers who will compete in the event on Monday.

Cinedigm Unveils Content Lineup for Con TV Digital Channel

In February, Cinedigm announced a deal with Comic-Con organizer Wizard World to launch Con TV, a streaming channel devoted to geeks and pop culture fans — or more specifically, for those within the global “Comic-Con community.” Now the companies have revealed the slate of original series, films, and TV shows acquired for the channel, which will launch in early 2015.
