WatchLoud and Shady Films Dust Off ‘CRWN’ for More Hip-Hop Talk
“CRWN,” a live interview series from Electus Digital, is coming back to WatchLoud, a hip-hop music and lifestyle website platform from the digital producer. With the series’s return, this means more interviews of hip-hop artists conducted by music journalist Elliot Wilson in the presence of live audiences.
The series will restart with Wilson interviewing DJ Mustard at the Linwood Dunn Theater in Los Angeles. DJ Mustard recently released his first album, “10 Summers,” which Wilson will discuss in the upcoming “CRWN” episodes.
DJ Mustard’s interview will become available on WatchLoud.com in two parts, the first of which comes out on Thursday, August 28, with the second episode following a day later. Extra content featuring each “CRWN” guest will also appear on WatchLoud.com.
Vitaminwater is the presenting sponsor for three upcoming “CRWN” episodes, as part of a broader sponsorship deal between the Coca-Cola brand and WatchLoud.
“CRWN,” which originally debuted in April of 2013, is produced by Shady Films and NUE Agency in partnership with WatchLoud. Other Shady/Electus projects include the rap-battle concert special “Total Slaughter,” which is available on Vimeo.Tags: 10 summers, brand sponsorships, CRWN, dj mustard, Electus Digital, Elliot Wilson, Interview Series, linwood dunn theater, live streaming, Los Angeles, nue agency, Shady Films, vitamin water, WatchLOUD
