Portal A Finds Its ‘Niche’ with Social Talent Network
Digital content studio Portal A has struck an ongoing content partnership with Niche, an agency/network that represents emerging stars on social platforms like YouTube, Vine, and Instagram.
Through the partnership, brands and media companies working with Portal A will now have access to Niche creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Vine. Meanwhile, Niche creators (get it?) will be able to take advantage of Portal A’s production and distribution abilities, and access to a client pool that ranges from Google/YouTube to NBCUniversal.
“Platforms such as Vine and Instagram are more important than ever in building branded campaigns designed to engage an audience at multiple touch-points,” said Zach Blume, managing director of Portal A, in a statement.
“In partnering with Portal A, we’re going beyond short-form content to embrace new and more nuanced storytelling opportunities,” added Darren Lachtman, co-founder of Niche.
Niche and Portal A have partnered in the past, collaborating on a video campaign for One City, which featured “traditional” celebs like MC Hammer in addition to Vine creator Robby Ayala (2.9 followers), who is a member of Niche’s network, which features 5,000 social media creators.Tags: branded content, instagram, niche, portal A, Vine, youtube
