Defy Media‘s Break.com has begun its second season of “Prank It FWD,” a “positive prank” series that awards deserving recipients in mischievous ways. The prank campaign, which launched on April Fools’ Day 2014, has partners in the charity DoSomething.org and brand Barefoot Wine & Bubbly. Season two is debuting with a positive prank for an engaged couple in the video, “Married at the Movies.” Other “Prank It FWD” videos will include creators like Smosh (“Super Fan Surprise” debuted on March 29), AweMe, ClevverTV, and Screen Junkies.

Collective Digital Studio has signed another YouTube channel/online broadcast network from Maria Menounos. Black Hollywood Live, which offers an expansive slate of original programming covering black entertainment news and culture, will now be supported by CDS on YouTube. The deal includes YouTube channel and video content optimization and selling ads. Black Hollywood Live currently reaches more than 10,000 subscribers and its content generates more than 150,000 downloads per week. Previously, CDS inked a similar deal for Menounos’ AfterBuzz TV.

CBSN, the 24-hour digital news network from CBS, is now available on the CBS News app for Android. Launched in November 2014, CBSN is also available via the CBS News apps for iOS and Windows 8.1, as well as connected-TV devices such as Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV. For those who want to watch online, it can be accessed via CBSNews.com.

New York-based video ad tech startup Innovid has raised $10 million in new financing from Cisco Investments, as well as existing investors Genesis Partners, Sequoia Capital, and T-Venture. The capital will go toward product development, with a focus on multi-screen interactive and personalized video advertising technology. In total, Innovid has raised $37.6 million to date.

Who’s Moving?

Meredith Corp. has named Kim Martin chief strategy officer. In her new role, Martin will develop corporate and business strategies, focusing on millennial-geared content across Meredith’s platforms. Martin will officially step into the position on April 13, at which time she will begin reporting to the chairman and CEO of Meredith, Steve Lacy. Before joining Meredith, Martin worked as the president and general manager of WE TV for nine years. She also previously held positions at Rainbow Media (which owns WE TV) and Discovery Networks.
