Small Screen Plugs into Vidible’s Content Exchange
Vidible is a content exchange that allows video creators to connect with and sell their content to buyers — usually publishers who want to tap into the growing demand for video on the web. The platform offers a lot of protection to content owners, even giving them the option to determine who can see and buy it.
Once bought, sellers can choose to run their own ads against the content or run ads from a Vidible network partner like Small Screen.
Analytics to see how the videos are performing are available to both sides of the aisle.
“The Vidible platform puts control back in the hands of creators and makes it feasible for a network like Small Screen to reach scale quickly,” said Tim Mahlman, president of the startup, in a statement. “Partners of Small Screen will benefit from Vidible’s real-time reporting, a console that provides analysis of their video traffic, users’ insights, viewing patterns, and more.”
Small Screen says the deal with Vidible will also enable it to integrate custom ad campaigns into the network, and as a result offer brands “valuable content marketing packages.”Tags: MCN, Small Screen, startup, Video Tech, vidible
