It’s the start of September, meaning it’s time for students to return to school. This means lots of back-to-school outfit/makeup tutorials by YouTube style gurus, plenty of branded video campaigns, and, unfortunately, bullying for one third of US students.

To combat this problem, influencer-focused digital marketing agency FullBottle and Cartoon Network are working together on the “Stop Bullying: Speak Up” campaign. With the help of multiple Vine creators, the campaign will feature six-second video content that urges kids and teens to let adults know when bullying takes place, which only 20% to 30% of those bullied currently do, according to the US Department of Health and Human Services.

This is FullBottle’s third year working on the anti-bullying campaign, but it’s the first time the company will work with Cartoon Network and Vine to ask witnesses of bullying to “speak up.” Vine creators contributing to the campaign include Bottlerocket (412,300 followers), Jack Dytrych (570,500), Mike Bennett (59,800), and Maddy Esther (126,600).

“Micro-video is an effective way for advertisers to spur action from their target audience,” said Reed Berglund, the CEO and co-founder of FullBottle. “We’re excited that this partnership will promote a positive message that is delivered in the most authentic manner to kids wherever and whenever they are consuming content.”

FullBottle brings together brands and creators, with offices located in Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and New York. Cartoon Network’s Stop Bully: Speak Up campaign runs across multiple platforms, including it’s website, StopBullyingSpeakUp.com.
