Watch YouTube Gamers Skydive in ‘AFK’ Season Two
Machinima is bringing “AFK,” aka “Away From Keyboard,” back for a second season. Now available on Machinima, season two of the reality gaming series leads up to the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con, as the YouTube-famous competitors arrive in “AFK” inspired style.
Featuring the The Minecraft Project’s creator, TheSyndicateProject, and TmarTn, “AFK” is hosted by Bruce Greene of Inside Gaming. Greene takes viewers through the season’s three episodes, which begin in Vegas, travel through LA, and wind up in San Diego for Comic-Con.
Tom “Syndicate” Cassell of TheSyndicateProject has over 7 million YouTube subscribers. He creates videos about zombies, Mincraft, and travel. TmarTn makes Call of Duty gaming videos, spanning tutorials and humorous commentary.
The two YouTubers will participate in feats this season such as skydiving, parkour, and an intense game of paintball.
“AFK” is produced by Machinima in partnership with Geico. The former attracts over 151 million viewers each month and targets gamers within an 18 to 34-year-old male demographic.
