Does One Bad Video Mean the End of Your Channel?

As content creators, we try to push videos out about once a week.  And those who are savvy about their audience are usually going to score week after week.  But we live in this fickle world where the people tell you through comments, likes, and dislikes, whether or not the free entertainment you provided was worth their time.

Twitter, TV, and Your 15 Seconds of Fame

Four Hopes for VidCon 2014

When conducting interviews prior to attending VidCon (my first), the most common thing I heard was about how “eye-opening” of an experience it would be — to see thousands of teens go crazy for a group of new media stars that most people outside of the 12-18 age-bracket would not be able to recognize. To be fair, these prognostications weren’t wrong.
