SpringBoard Video has launched a new social video dashboard to help brands better distribute video content across a network of more than 500 publishers.
Owned by Evolve Media LLC., SpringBoard Video’s technology is plugged into Evolve’s network of over 55 owned and operated sites. SpringBoard takes the video consumption and trends data gleaned from these sites and uses it to seed relevant video content across its video network of more than 500 publishing partners. The idea is that the knowledge the product is able to gather from what works on Evolve will help brands deliver their video content to audiences that are most likely to watch them.
The newly launched social video analytics dashboard tracks engagement and social performance across this network to help SpringBoard and its brand clients continually refine distribution strategies. The dashboard gives clients the ability to track metrics like user-initiated views as well as views generated by social sharing. It also breaks down the social sharing data by different networks including Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. Other features include the ability for clients to see where the videos are being placed and access links to those placements (all contained within a single tab), as well as the option to track views by geography (down to the state level).
