Sundance Channel is launching a web companion to its upcoming non-fiction series, “Dream School.”
The “Dream School” TV series is executive produced by former-rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and Food Network star Jamie Oliver, and will debut on the Sundance Channel this Monday, October 7. Running for six, hour-long episodes, the show will follow 15 high-school dropouts as they enroll in a “school” that features the aforementioned celebrities (and other experts) as teachers.
The companion web series, which will be available via Sundance Channel’s website and social media accounts, will feature the celebrity guests talking about their experiences mentoring the kids in “Dream School.” Celebrity teachers include filmmaker Oliver Stone, financial expert Suze Orman, beat-maker Swizz Beatz, journalist Soledad O’Brien, and actor David Arquette.
