On24, a webcasting and virtual communications company, is taking a more creative approach to popularizing their webinar solutions. Launched today, their “hip-hop” video titled “This Is How You Webinar” adopts a fresh perspective on branded content.
Created with the help of Portal A studio, “This Is How You Webinar” marks On24’s entry into branded video content. The campaign targets those in the B2B community, including On24’s clients at Fortune 500 companies.
Uploaded to YouTube yesterday on On24’s channel, the video has amassed nearly 40,000 views. Portal A is further helping view count via Twitter and TrueView campaigns.
“Our team really enjoys working with brands that aren’t traditionally thought of as fun or sexy and putting a new spin on what they do,” Nate Houghteling, Portal A’s partner and executive producer, said of On24’s decision to collaborate with the creative studio.
Other campaigns from Portal A include branded content for Kimpton Hotels, the “Who Does That?” campaign, and the 2013 internet homage, “YouTube Rewind 2013.” Portal A is headquartered in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
