Netflix will expand its children’s programming with a new spinoff series from Canada, thanks to Guru Studio. Guru’s animated series, “Justin Time,” will get an original take on Netflix as the show, “Justin Time: The New Adventures.”
The series’ 13 episodes will come to Netflix in the beginning of 2016. Each episode will run for half an hour.
“Justin Time: The New Adventures” follows Justin and his two friends as they travel through space and time. The series is targeted to kids between the ages of three and six and won for the Best Pre-School Program at the 2014 Canadian Screen Awards.
Guru Studio produces kids programming like the popular series “Paw Patrol” and works with the likes of Nick Jr. and Spinmaster. Frank Falcone heads the company as president.
