Yesterday, VideoInk covered news that Disney Digital Networks was set to premiere a new show called “Hyperlinked” as part of YouTube Kids on YouTube Red. As we got deeper into the news, the nature of the deals involved began to surface as quite murky, and so we started asking questions.
